Send a written copyright infringement notice to the support desk via the contact form. The notice must include:
- Your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
- A description of where the infringing material is located on this product profile (URL).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Response timeline
The operator reviews each notice within five business days. If the notice is complete and valid, the operator removes or disables access to the infringing material and notifies the user who posted it. The user may file a counter-notice under section 3.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include your full name, address, telephone number, a statement under penalty of perjury, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your physical or electronic signature.
4. Repeat infringers
The operator terminates accounts that receive three or more valid infringement notices. Terminated accounts cannot create a new account under the same identity.
5. Contact
Send copyright notices to the support desk through the contact form with the subject line "DMCA Notice". The desk forwards the notice to the legal team.
