Terms of Use.
The terms that apply when you install the Yono Slots brand app, create an account, deposit, play or claim a bonus.

By installing the Yono Slots brand app or creating an account, you accept these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. If you do not accept any of these documents, do not install the Yono Slots app or open getyonoslots.com.
2. Account rules
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
- You must provide accurate personal information. Impersonating another person or using a number that does not belong to you is grounds for immediate suspension.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and one-time codes private. The desk will never ask for your password.
- One account per player. Multiple accounts under the same name or the same device are grounds for review.
3. Deposits and withdrawals
UPI, IMPS and bank transfer are the three core methods. Minimum deposit is ₹100; maximum depends on the method and KYC status. Withdrawal limits scale with VIP level and are visible in the wallet screen. The operator does not charge an internal fee on deposits or withdrawals, but your bank or UPI provider may charge a small transfer fee.
Withdrawals are processed from the same source method used for the most recent deposit, where the method supports it. Refunds for failed deposits are handled through the support desk, not by your bank.
4. Bonus terms
Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement. Originals carry a 1x requirement; third-party games carry a 5x requirement. The exact rule is published on the bonus card inside the app. Bonus abuse - including wagering on low-edge games to convert bonus cash - is grounds for bonus removal and account review.
5. Prohibited behaviour
- Collusion or coordinated play across multiple accounts.
- Use of automated tools, bots or external software that affects gameplay.
- Exploitation of software bugs or latency arbitrage.
- Money laundering or use of stolen payment methods.
- Reselling access to the brand app or the wallet.
6. Suspension and termination
The operator may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms. Pending withdrawals are reviewed before the suspension is finalised. The operator will publish the reason for any suspension on the player's registered email address.
7. Changes to the terms
Material changes are published with a 14-day notice inside the app and on these Terms of Use. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
