The Yono Slots VIP ladder has 15 levels, each unlocking a level-up bonus and additional privileges. The ladder is auto-enrolled once lifetime bets cross ₹1,000 - there is no separate application. This article walks through every level, the privileges attached to each tier and the maintenance rule that keeps the ladder fair.
How the ladder unlocks
Every settled bet in the lobby contributes to lifetime volume. The first VIP level activates automatically once your lifetime bets cross ₹1,000. From there, each level-up milestone unlocks a one-time bonus up to ₹10,000 at the top tier, plus the privileges listed below.
Privileges by tier
- Level-up bonus - paid once per level, up to ₹10,000 at the top.
- Daily guaranteed bonus - up to ₹100 per day × 30 days at the top tiers.
- Weekly bonus - credits scale with play. Visible on the bonus calendar.
- Cashback on losses - up to 15% on net losses, calculated weekly.
- Fee-free withdrawals - no operator fee on any method; banks may still charge.
- Priority withdrawal - top-tier withdrawals skip the review queue.
- Priority support - direct line to a senior operator.
- Custom nickname - visible in support tickets and the VIP leaderboard.
The maintenance rule
The ladder rewards regular play. If your account stays inactive for 30 consecutive days - defined as no settled bets - the desk may lower your level by one step. Bonus activations and deposits do not count as activity. The level-up bonus is paid once per level, so a lowered level can be re-claimed by reaching the higher threshold again.
Why the rule exists
Without a maintenance rule, the ladder would accumulate inactive players at the top tiers and the bonus calendar would skew away from active members. The 30-day window keeps the ladder fair and the bonus pool sustainable. The desk sends a reminder seven days before any level change so you have a chance to log in and place a qualifying bet.
How to check your tier
Open Profile → VIP. The screen shows your current level, lifetime volume, the next milestone, and a count-down to the maintenance window. Top-tier members also see a private leaderboard rank and the option to opt into priority withdrawal.
What does not count as activity
Bonus activations, deposits, support tickets and KYC uploads do not count as activity. Only settled bets in the lobby move the ladder. The "settled" qualifier is important - bets on voided rounds, refunded hands or cancelled tables are excluded.
